空氣(qi)循(xun)環(huan)干(gan)燥(zao)裝(zhuang)置是封閉(bi)母(mu)線新型防潮(chao)結(jie)露裝(zhuang)置,可徹底避免(mian)離相封閉(bi)母(mu)線內(nei)部(bu)潮(chao)濕結(jie)露的發生,切實提高發電(dian)機組運(yun)行安全性,是微正壓裝(zhuang)置、熱風保養裝(zhuang)置等防潮(chao)結(jie)露裝(zhuang)置的理想升(sheng)級(ji)替代產品(pin),該(gai)裝(zhuang)置可適用于新建(jian)核電(dian)、火電(dian)、水電(dian)機組及改造工程(cheng)。
工作原理:空氣循環干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)以母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)空氣相對(dui)濕度(du)為考核指標(biao),當其相對(dui)濕度(du)值(zhi)高于設(she)(she)定值(zhi)時,該裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)自動投入運行,干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)氣體(ti)通過(guo)連接管(guan)路(lu)(lu)從母(mu)線(xian)(xian)A、C相外殼進入母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu),在各回路(lu)(lu)末端(duan)匯(hui)入B相后(hou)進入該裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),經干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)處理后(hou)再返(fan)入母(mu)線(xian)(xian)A、C相外殼,形成閉(bi)式循環干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)系統,有(you)效(xiao)提高母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)空氣干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)度(du),從而防止結露的發生(sheng)。各回路(lu)(lu)末端(duan)均設(she)(she)有(you)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)氣體(ti)流量調節裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),可確保各回路(lu)(lu)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果。干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)投入運行后(hou),母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)空氣的露點可保持在-30℃左右。干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)(she)兩個(ge)吸(xi)附筒,一個(ge)吸(xi)附,一個(ge)再生(sheng),輪流轉換(huan),轉換(huan)時間6~8小時。
● 采用大流(liu)量空(kong)氣閉式循(xun)環干燥方(fang)式,對(dui)母線內空(kong)氣不斷地進(jin)行循(xun)環干燥,可(ke)使母線內濕度保持(chi)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)水平(ping),同時對(dui)母線的(de)密封(feng)性要求相對(dui)不高;
● 采用精密濕度傳(chuan)感器(qi),實時監測(ce)、顯示母線內部相對濕度,并根據母線運(yun)行(xing)狀況,自動投入(ru)或退出裝置;
● 采用“PLC”控制,運行穩定(ding)可靠,自(zi)動化程度高;
● 采(cai)用彩色觸摸屏作為(wei)人(ren)機交互界面,操作方便,顯示(shi)直觀;
● 該裝置采用加熱(re)再生分(fen)子篩作吸附(fu)劑,吸濕能(neng)力強(qiang),重復性好;
● 設備(bei)成套生(sheng)產(chan),現場布置及安裝(zhuang)簡(jian)單、方(fang)便;

微正壓裝置是向母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部充入(ru)干燥氣(qi)體并(bing)維持其壓(ya)力略高(gao)于(yu)大氣(qi)壓(ya)力的裝置(zhi),避免母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)外殼外部潮(chao)氣(qi)及灰(hui)塵進入(ru)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部。微(wei)(wei)正(zheng)壓(ya)裝置(zhi)對母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)密封性能(neng)(neng)(neng)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)高(gao),有的機(ji)組甚(shen)至不(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)建立起有效地微(wei)(wei)正(zheng)壓(ya),即使能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠建立起微(wei)(wei)正(zheng)壓(ya),但不(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)去除(chu)除(chu)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部原有或負荷變(bian)(bian)化而進入(ru)的潮(chao)氣(qi),因此即使母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)微(wei)(wei)正(zheng)壓(ya)滿(man)足要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)確定母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部空(kong)氣(qi)是否干燥,是否會導致(zhi)結(jie)(jie)露。同(tong)時各回(hui)路母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)末端一般均設置(zhi)絕(jue)緣密封結(jie)(jie)構,變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)座(zuo)無法納(na)入(ru)微(wei)(wei)正(zheng)壓(ya)系統(tong),在實際(ji)運行過程(cheng)中,變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)座(zuo)內(nei)經(jing)常由(you)于(yu)結(jie)(jie)露而產生凝結(jie)(jie)水(shui)影響母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)安(an)全(quan)運行。
熱風保養裝置一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)于(yu)機組啟運前,用(yong)于(yu)去除母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)潮氣(qi)(qi),提高母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du)(du),從(cong)而降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)相(xiang)對濕度(du)(du),起(qi)到保養(yang)作用(yong),熱空氣(qi)(qi)由母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入,從(cong)各回路母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)末(mo)端(duan)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)孔排(pai)出。該裝置并沒(mei)有(you)真正降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)濕度(du)(du),只是提高了母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)空氣(qi)(qi)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du),從(cong)而降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了相(xiang)對濕度(du)(du)。在(zai)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運行時,由于(yu)環境溫(wen)度(du)(du)或(huo)機組負荷的(de)變化(hua),母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部(bu)仍有(you)結露的(de)可能。當母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)長(chang)度(du)(du)較長(chang)時,遠離熱空氣(qi)(qi)入口處(chu)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部(bu)空氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)較低(di),該區域絕(jue)緣子表面仍有(you)結露的(de)現象(xiang)。
加熱器一般裝設與母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部絕(jue)緣子附近(jin),維持(chi)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部空(kong)氣(qi)溫(wen)度,避(bi)免母(mu)線(xian)(xian)起停期間溫(wen)差過大(da)導致結露。由于加熱(re)器數(shu)量(liang)較多,降低了(le)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)外殼的(de)密封性(xing)能,運(yun)行損耗大(da),同(tong)熱(re)風保養裝置一樣,該(gai)裝置僅(jin)通(tong)過提(ti)高母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)溫(wen)度而(er)降低相對濕(shi)度,并(bing)沒有提(ti)高母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部氣(qi)體的(de)干燥度,也不能徹底杜絕(jue)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)部結露的(de)可能。
空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)循環(huan)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置克(ke)服(fu)了(le)以(yi)上裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)缺(que)點,由(you)于(yu)采(cai)(cai)用循環(huan)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)方(fang)式(shi),無需建立(li)微正(zheng)壓(ya)來阻(zu)止(zhi)外部濕空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)入(ru)侵,對(dui)母(mu)(mu)線的(de)(de)密封要求不高。同時,它能從(cong)根本(ben)上除去(qu)母(mu)(mu)線內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)水分,降低空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)絕對(dui)濕度,防止(zhi)凝(ning)露。干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置系統采(cai)(cai)用連(lian)通管,將母(mu)(mu)線內(nei)的(de)(de)所有空(kong)(kong)(kong)間(jian)相(xiang)連(lian)通,包括(kuo)變壓(ya)器(qi)升(sheng)高座等微正(zheng)壓(ya)無法到(dao)達的(de)(de)地方(fang),使得母(mu)(mu)線內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)得到(dao)100%范圍的(de)(de)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)而不存在死區。
